Digital delivery and activation

UNITAR STRUCT is a digital product. Commercial delivery is being prepared; no physical goods are shipped.
What you will receive
After subscription activation is confirmed, including for the free trial, the email address you provide will receive the license key, access to the installation kit and installation and activation instructions. The email will include a kit download link; the archive does not need to be sent as an attachment. The kit will include Help documentation and preserve the plugin folder structure.
Confirmation and delivery
Delivery will be electronic by email after Dodo Payments confirms subscription activation, including for the free trial. Check the address entered at checkout. The maximum delivery time and download link validity will be specified before sales open. Automation and the commercial package are being prepared; customer delivery is not yet available.
Help and tutorials
Help documentation is planned as part of the installation kit. The guides and the first video tutorials are on the Documentation page (unitar.net/docs) and are added to over time. They are supporting material, publicly available, and are not part of the deliverable content.
Compatibility and installation
Before purchase, check the CAD versions and operating systems on the Downloads page, which also has the installation and activation steps. AutoCAD and BricsCAD require separate licenses.
If you do not receive the product
Check your email address and spam folder. Contact office@unitarsoft.com with the order identifier and payment email. Do not publish or send your license key. Delivery issues can also be reported through the Dodo channel in the order confirmation.
