Cancellation and refund policy

Pre-launch draft. Sales are not open. The commercial rules below will be aligned with the payment, delivery and licensing flow before the first purchase.
1. Requests
For cancellations or refunds, email office@unitarsoft.com with your order email, order identifier if available and your request. No reason is required under the 14-day guarantee; you may write «I wish to cancel my subscription and receive a refund of my first payment». Do not send full card numbers or license keys. Stopping renewal in the portal without requesting a refund keeps access until the end of the paid period.
2. Cancelling renewal
You may stop automatic renewal at any time before the next billing date through the customer portal identified in your order email or by contacting office@unitarsoft.com. For ordinary cancellation without a refund, the subscription remains valid until the end of the already-paid period and does not renew. Uninstalling the software or closing the website does not cancel the subscription. This is the intended launch flow; the portal and license behaviour must be configured and tested before sales open.
3. Refunds
The commercial guarantee intended for launch allows a full refund request within 14 calendar days of the first UNITAR STRUCT subscription payment. The amount paid for that payment, including related taxes, is refunded without a fee retained by UNITAR SOFT. The guarantee covers individual and professional customers, including after downloading or activating the software. It applies to the initial purchase, does not restart with each monthly renewal and is not a free trial. Statutory rights concerning other payments remain unaffected.
4. Consumers and withdrawal
The commercial guarantee above is additional to, and does not limit, statutory consumer rights. Statutory withdrawal for digital content has its own conditions, including those concerning the start of supply. Regardless of activation or download, the 14-day commercial guarantee described here remains available for the first payment. We do not make this guarantee conditional on waiving statutory rights.
5. Non-conforming products and professional purchases
Requests concerning duplicate charges, non-delivery or product non-conformity are assessed separately from the 14-day commercial guarantee under applicable rights. Expiry of the guarantee does not remove those rights. Professional purchases benefit from the commercial guarantee described here even though they do not automatically carry all statutory rights reserved for consumers.
6. Refund processing and the license
An eligible request submitted on time stops future renewals. The refund will be initiated through Dodo Payments to the original payment method without undue delay and within 14 days of the request; any more favourable statutory deadline remains applicable. The date funds appear in your account also depends on the payment provider. Once a full refund is confirmed, the subscription and associated usage right end and the key will be disabled. Automation of these operations is being prepared.
7. Optional withdrawal form
To UNITAR SOFT S.R.L., office@unitarsoft.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for UNITAR STRUCT. Order date: …; order number (if available): …; consumer name: …; consumer address: …; order email: …; request date: …. Add a signature for a paper request. Any other unequivocal statement may also be used; this form is optional. If Dodo Payments is the seller, also send your statement through the channel identified in the order confirmation.
