UNITAR STRUCT / INFORMATION
Terms and conditions
Updated 9 October 2026 · · Draft
Pre-launch draft. Sales are not open. The commercial rules below will be aligned with the payment, delivery and licensing flow before the first purchase.
1. Scope
These terms describe use of unitar.net and the UNITAR STRUCT subscription. The developer is UNITAR SOFT S.R.L., Romanian tax identification number (CUI): 54974076, Trade Register number: J2026040619004. Registered office: București Sectorul 3, Strada Dristorului, Nr. 98, CAMERA NR.2, Bl. 11, Scara B, Etaj 10, Ap. 85, România. Contact: office@unitarsoft.com. Visiting the website does not create a subscription or authorise a payment.
2. Product
UNITAR STRUCT is digital software for structural modeling, reinforcement, formwork, drawings and quantity schedules. It requires a separately licensed copy of AutoCAD or BricsCAD. The features and compatibility of the delivered release will be described in its installation documentation.
3. Price and subscription
The offer will include a 30-day free trial, which starts without entering a card, followed by monthly or annual billing and automatic renewal until cancellation. Prices announced for launch, excluding VAT: EUR 39/month or EUR 390/year for subscriptions started in the first 3 months after sales open, kept for as long as the subscription stays active without interruption; after that, for new customers, EUR 49/month or EUR 490/year. Every additional seat for the same company is half the price of a seat. These prices may be adjusted before sales open. The total price, applicable taxes, currency and renewal conditions will be displayed before order confirmation. If you do not add a payment method before the free trial ends, the subscription stops and nothing is charged; if you added one, you can cancel before the free trial ends to avoid the first charge. The first billing date will be displayed at checkout.
4. Payments through Dodo Payments
The planned integration uses Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record, the reseller handling the transaction, invoicing and related taxes. The selling entity and its terms will be identified at checkout and on transaction documents. UNITAR SOFT develops the product and provides technical support. A checkout marked TEST is not a commercial purchase.
5. Orders and delivery
Purchasing will require explicit acceptance of the applicable conditions and confirmation of subscription activation, including for the free trial. The license, installation kit (via a download link) and instructions will be delivered electronically to the email supplied at checkout. Help documentation will be included in the kit. Returning from checkout alone is not proof of payment. Commercial delivery is not yet active; see Digital delivery for details.
6. Software license
The subscription provides a non-exclusive right to use the software for your own projects, including professional work, without transferring ownership of the program. The license is valid during the 30-day free trial and the paid subscription period. The license is for one user and at most 2 of that user’s computers; a computer can be released from within the software to activate another. Without internet access the software works for at most 7 days after the last validation. The full conditions are in the Software license (EULA), also shown during installation. Help documentation will be included in the kit. The guides and video tutorials on unitar.net/docs are supporting material, publicly available and added to over time; they are not part of the content delivered with the subscription.
7. Cancellations and refunds
You may stop renewal before the next billing date; without a refund, access continues until the end of the paid period. The intended launch policy offers a full refund on request within 14 calendar days of the first payment, including after installation or activation. Once a full refund is confirmed, the usage right ends. See Cancellation and refunds for the complete procedure. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
8. Engineering use
The software assists engineering work. Users must check inputs, drawings, schedules and compliance of results with project requirements and applicable regulations. It does not replace professional review and responsibility. This provision does not exclude warranties or liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Intellectual property and trademarks
The UNITAR SOFT and UNITAR STRUCT names, logos and materials identify the company and product. Trademark applications in the European Union and United Kingdom are pending; the website does not present registration as completed. AutoCAD and BricsCAD belong to their respective owners; references identify the intended CAD environment without claiming affiliation.
10. Updates and enquiries
The document version and date appear on this page. Commercial conditions will be available before purchase; later changes do not remove existing rights. Send enquiries or complaints to office@unitarsoft.com. Rights to contact competent authorities or courts remain unaffected.
