Withdraw from the contract here
As an individual not buying for professional purposes, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, that is, from sign-up for the free trial, without giving a reason (Terms and conditions, Section 20). Separately, the first payment carries a full-refund guarantee for 14 days (Section 21).
Withdraw online
Fill in the details, check the statement and press «Confirm withdrawal». You receive the confirmation by email straight away.
Other ways to withdraw
- By email to office@unitarsoft.com: say that you withdraw from the contract and give your name, the email address used for the order and, if you have it, the order or invoice number.
- By post to the registered office: București Sectorul 3, Strada Dristorului, Nr. 98, CAMERA NR. 2, Bl. 11, Scara B, Etaj 10, Ap. 85, România.
- With the model form in Annex 1 of the Terms, sent by email or by post.
We confirm receipt by email, with the date and time. Any refund due is made by Dodo Payments to the payment method used, at no cost to you.
